Bigfoot steals chickens

Aug 15, 1996 My neighbor (which lives about 1 mile to my north), had called me about 2300hrs. at night. He said to be on the look out for a tall black man, who had just stole some of his chickens, and was heading from his field to my field for the hills, that I live on and own. Now my neighbor owns 40 acres, that butt up to 1800 acres of public hunting and I own 200 acres that does the same. there are large ranches all around us.

  I ask him if he was sure the individule had not drove away and he said no. He had heard his chickens making a rukus and he went to investigate with a flashlight and saw a tall black man with long shaggy clothes on carrying a couple of chickens under his arm as he stepped over a four foot fence. Now remember it is total dark and there is no moon light out. He then said he drove around the area and saw no trucks parked along any road. He said he had shot a shotgun up in the air to scare the person off.

   The reason I believe it was a bigfoot is because it stepped over a 4 ft fence, My property is very woody and have a lot of those locust trees with the two inch needles on them which can put your eye out. It doesnt make sense to me that anyone in todays world would be in the middle of the night stealing chickens, especially in the country which everybody is armed to the teeth, walking through the woods with no flashlight no moonlight, and take a chance of stepping in a hole and breaking a leg or getting a stick in the eye, when they can get food stamps and all other type of government assistance. He said it had long stringy clothes,(which I think was long hair that he was looking at). which was bigfoot hair.

   I never told him what it was cause he has a house full of kids and he works most of the time at night with just his wife and kids at home by their self
