I have been advised there is a show airing this Wednesday that features Dr. Meldrum, et. al. and concerns his recent trip into Canada and research done on happenings at a cabin and adjacent area(s) of private land, at the landowner's request.

It has been rumored that some evidence of note such as more conclusive DNA analysis/results will be presented along with other findings.

Check your local listings.

I just seen a teaser for the show....it said that an aggressive creature was messing around this guys cabin....it showed a hairy creatures foot stepping on a board with nails sticking out of it...the nails had blood on them......so that would be blood samples....that DNA tests could be run on!

Well the trailer looks interesting. Although there seem to be very few reports of BF being a monster. The monsters seem to have other forms if you ask me.

I guess referring to BF/SF as a "monster" is a little more dramatic PR than using less sensational descriptions.

I refer to them as monsters sometimes.....seems to fit what I saw better than any other word....and the dictionary definition of monster fits what I saw...."Skookum" is a good name for them also!

Got a report on the show...

The DNA sample analysis apparently produced results that indicated non-human but no known primate although it was closer to chimpanzee than human.  With chimpanzee DNA & human DNA being so close anyway it does make for some interesting thought.

Also, the hair samples were sent to an expert in that field and were determined to be that of no known animal on the planet.

I'm recording it later tonight as it came on the first time in conflict with shows we regularly watch on Wednesday night. Will likely watch it tomorrow.

With the preliminary DNA mitichrondrial analysis yielding a result that the sample was only one pair bond away from human the argument for Homo classification appears to be well founded.

Additionally, I suspect these findings may well give those (pro-killers) that "hunt" for BF/SF reason to pause and reflect upon what they're doing if not put the total kibosh on their "hunts".

There is enough evidence, in my mind after watching the program, to prove to me killing one is murder. I have suspected for a very long time they were much higher on the food chain than chimps. However I was laughed at when I said that they appear to have the intelligence of a human.  Report after report shows their stealth and intelligence.
Looking around the "BF Researchers" seem to be mighty quiet today. Whats up with that?

They're still in shock.

Am so glad I (finally) listened to the tribal elders.

On one of the other sites there's quite a bit of squirming and spin ongoing but no matter how tight they twist things up the truth of the matter (DNA results) is still standing there at the end of the day.
