I'm from PA so I'm interrested.It looks like picture #3 we're looking the bear from the rear and a cub is sitting underneath.Most pics you see of bears with cubs the mother always leans to one side.The block is tipped over and the garbage can lid is on top of it.So the cub may want what the other bear is eating at the bottom of the tree.40 seconds is plenty of time for the cub to come over.What other pics are in the half hour between #1 and #2.
