Name is Michael.

I live in Frederick, Maryland and I'm currently in North Carolina where I'm staying temporarily until my home building contract is completed.

I was born in Washington D.C. and raised in the suburbs of Prince Georges Co. Md.
I've never come in contact with a Bigfoot but have always had an interest in the subject.

Maryland supposedly has a rich history of Bigfoot sightings dating back to the 1600s.
I'm somewhat skeptical of a creature as large as reported for Bigfoot to be living virtually undetected in the state of Maryland. The parts of my state that have what I would consider to be the best habitat for such a creature (if it exists) seems to have the least amount of reported sightings.  Go figure.

Chances for such a creature to be alive and well in the vast forests of the pacific north west?
I'd give it 1%.

Either way, this has always been and always will be a very interesting subject for me.

Thanks,
Michael

Welcome aboard Michael like you I'm quite skeptical about the existence of bigfoot but am willing to be convinced should the evidence ever prove they exist. I do enjoy the stories of those who say they have seen them even if I don't always believe the stories they are interesting to read.

Same here.
I can spend hours reading anything I can get my hands on relating to this subject. I never grow tired of it.
