One of the salient points possibly coming out of this (once the jurisprudence has been established) is a clearer and more concise precedent for remedy at law regarding harrassment, etc. conducted via cyberspace.  Posting pics and details someone's home address, etc. could result in major problems for the perpetrator especially (i.e.) should some third party access and use the data for illegal, etc. purposes.  Food for thought.

Seems ta me that if we all follow the Golden Rule and "do unto others as we would have them do unto us" rather than doing it to them before they do it to us we'd all get along better and not get in trouble with the law for our actions. That's kinda how I try my best to run all of our many sites.

Seems a few other sites are already quoting the above post.  Hopefully, they will try the "rule" as well and maybe things will be more peaceable.
