A hoax from New York.  Notice the wrists, this is clearly a suit.

There isn't quite enough detail in the photo to be 100% sure but yes I'd concur hoax.

Bill, if you look at the middle picture, and the arm that is swung backwards, you should be able to see the cuff of the costume around the wrist.  Hope that helps to point out the hoax better.

It`s funny how people will change there minds so much, just to be political correct, For instance, this is the first time that Darkwing, has called this a hoax, why he was a telling me, that it was the real thing. Why after all, he has seen many of them, anyhow thats what he told me. Guess he couldn`t decide who he wanted to be friends with.
