Guilt by Association

The UHS photo image has (in some quarters) sparked commentary by those decrying the image based upon perceptions held against the owner(s) of the image.

Credibility of the producer is a critical facet in the production of items submitted as evidence so this OP is in no way intended to diminish that precept.

However, when persons making such charges against an individual are also presenting/promoting prior evidence gathered on that same individual's property not only upon the website they own but in various other media as well on an ongoing basis, how else could a prudent observer construe such individuals current claims of fraud against the property owner as anything but duplicitous?

In plain Alabama english, it looks like they are quick to condemn when evidence is presented of which they had no part in acquiring but just as quickly promote other pieces of evidence when it suits their own self-interest.

This type of two-faced behavior is a pernicious plague within the endeavour and only serves to illustrate the low level such individuals choose to operate within and thereby brand themselves as dishonorable persons.

Carrying the credibility factor a bit further it is critical in many facets of life and especially so when dealing with an enigmatic entity such as UHS.

One of the forms credibility takes is truthfulness in making publications and/or presenting evidence.

If an organization has established a pattern of making multiple statements and/or gathering evidence yet fails or refuses to submit such for independent review how can such be taken with any degree of credibility?

In the professional aspect...it cannot.

Another, is the background of the individuals making such statements/claims as the old saying "birds of a feather" often holds true for the actions and deeds throughout a person's lifetime.

And while people can accomplish genuine change (over time) when their pattern of vitriolic behavior continues unabated it tends to establish a baseline for predictability as well as veracity.

How do you think independent observers would view the evidence presented by others with close associations to a convicted thief who also has a clinical psychological case history in tow?  Especially, when such issues manifest themselves on an almost daily basis?

Short answer...you've just marginalized yourself into the position of being the subject of scorn and ridicule with little if any possibility of ever being taken seriously in any aspect.

Amen to that #59, these same people, always make fun of other people to the extent that they, thereself, can`t be taken  serious anymore. Who could take anyone serious, when they award patches or badges, to how many times you post on their site, or have all the hidden rooms that they have, so they can keep there deepest darkest thoughts, with each other, but to no outsiders, including to even some of their own members.
